Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our business, we can only offer refunds prior to the start date of services purchased. If you have purchased any of our services and set a start date, you have up to 24 hours before the service start period to cancel and receive a full refund. Example: you have purchased the Basic Tier package of 10 hours and scheduled the start date for June 1st. You have until May 31st to cancel and receive a full refund.
For this reason it is strongly recommended to contact us for a free consultation prior to making any purchases. We are committed to making every hour you pay for worth the expense. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with the work completed, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your hourly breakdown and we can discuss what is needed moving forward.
